Welcome to SmashTrack! By using our mobile application or website (smashtrack.app), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

SmashTrack provides users with tools to track badminton physical performance metrics, sync play stats, and evaluate playstyle using connected hardware sensors. You agree to use this application only for lawful, personal tracking purposes.

2. Hardware & Safety Disclaimer

A. Court Safety First
Badminton is an active sport. You are entirely responsible for ensuring your physical space on the court is safe before executing smashes, swings, or movements. SmashTrack is not liable for any injuries, medical conditions, or physical fatigue resulting from the use of the app or its AI Coach drills.

B. Sensor Hardware
SmashTrack connects to third-party sensor hardware. We make no guarantees regarding the durability or attachment safety of racket sensors. SmashTrack is not responsible for any damage caused to rackets, grips, sensors, or other equipment during active play.

3. Account Management

If you create an account using Google Single Sign-On or Email OTP, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and security keys. You may request account deletion at any time in the app settings or by writing to hello@smashtrack.app.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application and its analytical performance data are provided "as is" and "as available." While we aim for maximum precision, we do not warrant that metric calculations (including swing speed and sweet-spot percentages) are 100% scientifically accurate, nor do we guarantee specific athletic improvement outcomes.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after updates constitute approval of the amended Terms.
